The choice between grappling in a gi or no-gi ultimately comes down to personal preference and goals. Grappling in a gi allows for a wider variety of techniques and grips, as well as a focus on using the gi for control and submissions. On the other hand, no-gi grappling emphasizes speed, agility, and a different set of techniques that don't rely on the gi for grips. Some practitioners enjoy both and train in both styles to develop a well-rounded skill set, while others may prefer one over the other based on their individual strengths and preferences. Ultimately, both gi and no-gi grappling have their own unique benefits and can be valuable for different aspects of a practitioner's game. **

Social media may not have a future because of the negative impact it can have on mental health, privacy concerns, and the spread of misinformation. Many people are becoming more aware of the negative effects of excessive social media use and are choosing to limit their time on these platforms. Additionally, there is a growing movement towards more privacy-focused and decentralized forms of communication, which may lead to a decline in the dominance of traditional social media platforms. Finally, the increasing regulation and scrutiny of social media companies may also contribute to a decline in their influence and popularity. **

While social media has become an integral part of our daily lives, it is not a necessity for survival. It has certainly changed the way we communicate, share information, and connect with others, but it is still possible to live a fulfilling life without it. However, for many people, social media has become a primary means of staying connected with friends and family, accessing news and information, and even conducting business, making it difficult to imagine a world without it. Ultimately, the decision to use social media or not is a personal choice, and it is important to strike a balance between online and offline interactions for overall well-being. **
